  • Advanced Warehouse Dates: March 24th - April 16, 2025 

  • All sponsored shipments to advanced warehouse must utilize the labels below 

  • All sponsored shipments should arrive before the advanced warehouse is closed on April 16th. If this is not possible, please reach out directly to: sponsorshiplogistics@sca.coffee 

  • Equipment Installation: from April 21 - 24, 2025

  • The delivery form must be filled out by all sponsors before April 1st 2025 regardless of delivery method.

Sponsorship Seals

As per your sponsorship, you can utilize the Expo sponsorship seals or WCC Seals appropriate to your tier of support. Please refer to the guidelines when using the seals in promotional materials which can be found in your contract’s terms and conditions, section 4.
